All tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions.  Purchase and use of a ticket/s to enter the Event constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions on your behalf and on behalf of any person for whom you are purchasing tickets.

Ticket Purchase

Tickets are not exchangeable, refundable or transferable. Re-sale or attempted re-sale is not allowed.  You must bring a ticket to the gate to gain entry.

Your ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, defaced or altered.  Tickets are not issued on a sale or return basis and refunds will not be made on returned tickets. Even if you have proof of purchase, lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.

Ownership or possession of a ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on you to use, alter, copy or otherwise deal with any symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.


This is an outdoor event; no refunds will be given due to inclement weather. Please be aware that although the Showground is generally flat, with some hard roads, it is a field and if the weather is poor certain areas may be muddy and uneven, please take care when walking and attend in suitable attire. You acknowledge that you enter the event and venue at your own risk


The Event- General Information

During the event visitors must remain within the designated boundaries and follow official directions by signage, event staff or security.

The event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests.  Intoxication, aggressive or anti-social behaviour is unacceptable and will result in ejection from the venue.  Those ejected from the venue will not be re-admitted to the event and tickets will not be refunded.

All visitors must adhere to local licensing laws. Alcohol is available for purchase at the event.  Patrons who wish to consume alcohol must have photo Id. It is an offence to supply minors with alcohol and anyone found supplying minors with alcohol will be evicted from the venue

By entering the event, you consent to being filmed and photographed during the event.  Footage or images maybe reproduced, published and exploited by the organiser without restriction including but not limited to marketing and promotional use and in all media.


Some Parking is available for vehicles at your own risk.  Please Note: Parking availability is subject to change due to weather conditions.  As we use mostly fields to park if there is a sustained period of wet weather the car parks maybe closed however there is ample car parking in Nantwich town Centre and a free shuttle bus service to the event is provided for your use. PLEASE NOTE NO SHUTTLE BUSES ARE AVAILABLE AFTER THE EVENT.   

Disabled Visitors parking is available in our designated areas near to The Showground. To access this area the vehicle must display your blue disabled vehicle pass. There are also disabled toilets on site.

Visitors: All Visitors must pay the appropriate rate to gain admission, however carers will be admitted free of charge, providing they are able to show either their accredited badge or a letter regarding their carer status.

Opening Times: Gates open at 4.00pm. 

 Refund policy

There are no refunds under any circumstances.  If the event is cancelled then replacement tickets will be issued for a future event.
